Live Your Story
I love the advice Neil Gaiman gives to his fellow writers, "Start telling the stories that only you can tell." We can tell our own story by stepping into our narrative fully, owning it, and picking up the pen so that we are the ones choosing how our story gets told. We can chose to write adventures or love stories, but whatever we choose, it is our story to tell. I hope we can all live it beautifully.
Stories of mystery and wonder...
The mystery that is Stonehenge has captured my curiosity since I was young. While scholars have pieced together most of the hows regarding its construction, the whys remain shrouded in uncertainty. That mystery holds the wonder of Stonehenge for so many. Recently when I had the rare privilege of walking amidst the inner circle of stones at sunset I felt that wonder. The stones appeared as thresholds from within, opening up to ... more. An invitation to step into the unknown and discover the possibilities it holds. The druzy pendant I was wearing from my "Still" collection seemed fitting in that space... an expansion from a set center out into all that is yet to come.
